WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM ONLINE TRAINING?

Would you like to exercise but you don’t have personal trainer or time for the gym? If so, this is the right service for you!

We will exercise online through Zoom, and I will show you correct technique. I will make sure you are having quality time and perform all exercises correctly. It is all about you.

The session can be done at home, park, or beach. We will decide time and place.

WHERE AND HOW WILL WE BE TRAINING?

The only thing you need is Zoom. Sessions are 45 or 60 minutes long.

How does it work?

Step 1

QUESTIONNAIRE

In this questionnaire I find out basic information about your health, limits, habits, and any other health restrictions.

Step 2

CONSULTATION

During our first consultation, online or personally, we will talk about all details.

Step 3

TRAINING

Let’s go! In this stage we know your goals and visions. I have each session ready for you and we will train on Zoom in your chosen time.
