Why should you choose training programme?
WHAT DOES THE TRAINING PLAN INCLUDE?
Do you exercise home or at gym but don’t have results? Do you need structure in your exercise plan? If so, this is the service for you. The programme includes four weeks of training, and we go through it together before we start.
WHAT FORM DOES THE TRAINING PLAN HAS?
The training plan will be delivered in Excel where you will find all exercises with detailed description.
You will also find there the number of repetitions, length of each exercise and each session.
Every session includes a warmup and cool down.

During our first consultation, online or personally, we will check all answers and add information if necessary.

BEGINNING OF OUR PROGRAMME
The training programme will be delivered to you in 5 days after receiving all information about you.
