We are going to choose exercises which fit your needs and help you to move forward!

Why should you choose training programme?

You will include regular exercise in your routine.
 I will prepare exercises for home, gym, or combination of both.
 Exercises are modified according to your preference, or health restrictions.
 Training programme is adjusted to your goals – fat reduction, becoming more flexible, building muscle mass and so on.

WHAT DOES THE TRAINING PLAN INCLUDE?

Do you exercise home or at gym but don’t have results? Do you need structure in your exercise plan? If so, this is the service for you. The programme includes four weeks of training, and we go through it together before we start.

WHAT FORM DOES THE TRAINING PLAN HAS?

The training plan will be delivered in Excel where you will find all exercises with detailed description. 

You will also find there the number of repetitions, length of each exercise and each session. 

Every session includes a warmup and cool down.

How does it work?

Step 1

QUESTIONNAIRE In this questionnaire I find out basic information about your health, limits, restrictions, habits, and other aspects of your health.

Step 2

CONSULTATION

During our first consultation, online or personally, we will check all answers and add information if necessary.

Step 3

BEGINNING OF OUR PROGRAMME

The training programme will be delivered to you in 5 days after receiving all information about you.
